How do we ensure the security of your personal data?
- Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("GDPR") and other currently applicable laws on personal data protection.
- We apply technical and organizational measures required by national and European Union law to ensure the protection of processed personal data and to secure personal data against unauthorized disclosure, takeover, processing in violation of the law, as well as alteration, loss, or destruction.
- Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to use the website's functionalities that require it, including placing and fulfilling orders.
- In situations where the legal basis for processing personal data is consent, its absence will prevent us from taking action covered by such consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time, but it will not affect the lawfulness of processing your personal data that we carried out based on your consent before its withdrawal.
For what purpose and on what basis do we process your personal data and how long will we store it?
We process your personal data in particular in order to provide electronic services on the basis of the Regulations, in particular for the purpose of placing and fulfilling an order. Your personal data may be processed by us for the following purposes:
Placing an order and providing electronic services
Your personal data provided by you in connection with placing an order, as well as other data collected in connection with your use of the Website's functionalities (in particular: name and surname, address [street, building number, apartment number, city, country], e-mail address, phone number, delivery address, if different from the customer's address, payment method, payment number, order number, order date, order value, and in the case of entrepreneurs also the name and address of the company and NIP) are or may be processed by us for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:
- Delivery of your order and performance of the contract concluded in this way, as well as provision of other services specified in the Terms and Conditions via electronic means, based on the contract for the provision of electronic services, as well as taking actions, at your request, before the conclusion of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),
- Possible establishment, investigation or defense against claims that may arise in connection with your use of the website and our services, as well as other purposes (e.g. archival purposes for the purpose of demonstrating facts), which constitute our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),
- Issuing and storing accounting documents and considering any complaints and statements of withdrawal from the contract in accordance with applicable law (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR).
We will process your personal data for the duration of the contract, unless further storage of data is required by applicable law (e.g. tax, accounting regulations) or is justified by the limitation period of claims or our overriding interest arising from the pursuit of legitimate interests. In each case, the longer period of storage of personal data shall apply.
Marketing and Analytics of the Website
Your personal data provided by you in connection with the use of the Website, as well as your data collected as part of your activity on the Website, are or may be processed by us for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:
- marketing of our services, which is our legitimate interest in conducting marketing activities (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), provided that sending commercial information by means of telecommunications end devices and automatic calling systems is possible only with your prior consent (giving this consent is voluntary, but necessary for sending commercial information).

- possible identification, investigation, or defense against claims that may arise in connection with your use of the Website, as well as other purposes (e.g. archival for the purpose of demonstrating facts), which are our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
Your personal data, in case of marketing activities carried out based on your consent, will be processed until you withdraw it, while in case of marketing activities carried out based on legitimate interest, until you object, unless further storage (in both cases) is justified by the limitation period of claims or results from universally applicable laws or is justified by the overriding interest of the Administrator arising from the pursuit of legally justified interests.

Your personal data provided by you in connection with email or telephone contact (i.e. data necessary for establishing and maintaining contact), as well as collected during further communication, are or may be processed by us for the following purposes and on the following legal grounds:
- providing a response to email, telephone or online chat contact, which constitutes our legally justified interest (art. 6 sec. 1 point f) of the GDPR),
- taking action at your request prior to entering into a contract, if the communication concerns this (art. 6 sec. 1 point b) of the GDPR),
- possible establishment, investigation or defense against claims that may arise in connection with your use of the website, as well as other purposes (e.g. archival for the purpose of demonstrating facts), which constitute our legally justified interest (art. 6 sec. 1 point f) of the GDPR).
We will process your personal data until the correspondence is completed, unless further storage of data is justified by the statute of limitations or is required by applicable law, or is necessary for the overriding interests of the Administrator, resulting from the pursuit of legally justified interests. In each case, the longer period of personal data storage shall apply.

You have the right to:
- access your personal data and the right to request their rectification, erasure and restriction of processing. To the extent that the basis for processing is our legally justified interest, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data,
- withdraw your consent, to the extent that the basis for processing your personal data is your consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal,
- to the extent that the basis for processing your personal data is consent or a contract, you also have the right to data portability, i.e. to receive your personal data from us in a structured, commonly used format,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw), if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates your rights.
Who do we share your personal data with?
- Your personal data may be disclosed to entities authorized to obtain personal data under applicable law, as well as to entities to whom we entrust data on the basis of agreements.
- In order to fulfill the agreement concluded through the Website and ensure its proper functioning, we share your personal data in particular with entities providing services such as: postal, freight and courier services, order processing, electronic payments, accounting, hosting, IT, and in the scope of delivery of software and tools used in particular for conducting analytical research, creating statistics, tracking traffic on our website, automating marketing, CRM systems.
- Some service providers may store your data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, your data will only be transferred to countries that provide an adequate level of protection, and to countries that do not provide an adequate level of protection, only if appropriate safeguards are provided, including, among others, by standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
